No refunds for absences. Rescheduling a session for any reason can only be done if there is availability. Often, they cannot be done at all if the reschedule request is 7 days or less from the class start date.
Pottery making techniques take years to master. Your pots may not come out exactly how you expect them to (they may crack, split, blow up, break, be a weird color, go missing or just not be gorgeous even though YOU are)..If this happens, please do not be mad. It is part of the learning process with this medium!  No refunds for disappointing pots. xxoo-Lisa

POTTERY PICKUP:  Pots are typically ready to pick up in 4 weeks, mark your calendar on your phone for a reminder. I WILL NOT CONTACT YOU. Pots are kept for 30 days  after the pickup window.

Pottery pickup hours: No pickups 12/24-30.
Monday-Wednesday from 6PM-7:30, Thursday and Friday 6:30PM-8PM, 
Saturday  10:30AM-5:00PM and Sunday 10:30AM-2:30PM
*If you are traveling some distance for pickups, email me (don't call) first to make sure your pots are ready.
