The initial smile alone, when it was received by the owner, was well worth
the work that went into it. The extended (and repeated) "Earth shattering"
story made it pretty funny (at least now).
The restoration looks wonderful, I cannot say enough about the work you have
done. Please do not hesitate to use me as a reference. I feel fortunate to
have found someone with the talent and caring it takes to put back together
pieces of the past. You've allowed me to refresh lost memories and carry

Dear Lisa,
A couple of months ago we ordered a one-of-a-kind,
handmade porcelain statue from a noted Italian artist.
When we received it from Italy we were disappointed
to find that a hand holding a bell was broken off,
potentially ruining the value of the piece. After
unsuccessfully searching locally for repair help we
found your service on the Internet. We had our doubts
about an unfamiliar firm but decided to entrust the
repair to you. After delivering the piece to you and
waiting a few weeks we saw the results of your work.
We were amazed to find that the piece looked as good
as new. The paint surrounding the two break lines was
matched so perfectly that it was impossible to tell
that it had ever been broken. We were delighted to
receive the repaired piece and to pay the modest
repair bill. We have recommended you to the Italian
agent who shipped us the sculpture for any other
repairs for his American customers. Well done!
